این سیاست درباره همه محصولات «تتر چند» از خانه سرمایه است: اپلیکیشن موبایل، نسخه وب و افزونه وردپرس. ما فقط اطلاعاتی را دریافت می‌کنیم که برای ارائه خدمات لازم است و اطلاعات شما را به هیچ شخص ثالث، شرکت تبلیغاتی یا صرافی نمی‌فروشیم و واگذار نمی‌کنیم.
۱. اپلیکیشن و نسخه وب تتر چند
اطلاعاتی که دریافت می‌کنیم:
- شماره تلفن همراه برای ورود با رمز یک‌بار مصرف (پیامک)، و نام و مشخصاتی که خودتان در پروفایل وارد می‌کنید.
- دیدگاه‌ها و امتیازهایی که برای صرافی‌ها و ارزها ثبت می‌کنید (به‌صورت عمومی نمایش داده می‌شوند).
- اطلاعات فنی دستگاه مانند سیستم‌عامل، مدل دستگاه، زبان و آدرس IP برای عیب‌یابی و پایداری سرویس.
- شناسه اعلان (Firebase Cloud Messaging) برای ارسال اعلان‌ها و هشدارهای قیمت.
هشدارهای قیمت روی همان دستگاه ذخیره می‌شوند و به حساب کاربری شما منتقل نمی‌شوند. برای بهبود کیفیت، آمار استفاده به‌صورت ناشناس با Firebase Analytics ثبت می‌شود.
از این اطلاعات فقط برای این کارها استفاده می‌کنیم:
- نمایش قیمت‌ها و مقایسه صرافی‌ها، ورود به حساب و مدیریت پروفایل.
- ارسال اعلان‌ها و هشدارهای قیمت انتخابی شما.
- بررسی و انتشار دیدگاه‌ها.
- رفع خطا و بهبود کارایی.
۲. افزونه وردپرس تتر چند
افزونه قیمت‌ها را از سرویس داده بازار خانه سرمایه (Market Pulse، به نشانی market-pulse.khanes.app) دریافت می‌کند:
- سرور سایتی که افزونه را نصب کرده، حداکثر یک بار در هر بازه کش (پیش‌فرض ۶۰ ثانیه) قیمت‌ها را درخواست می‌کند. در این درخواست فقط نشانی آن سایت (در User-Agent استاندارد وردپرس) ارسال می‌شود.
- اگر «به‌روزرسانی زنده» روشن باشد، مرورگر بازدیدکنندگان آن سایت هم مستقیماً از همین سرویس قیمت تازه می‌گیرد؛ در نتیجه آدرس IP و اطلاعات استاندارد مرورگر برای سرویس قابل مشاهده است.
- افزونه هیچ کوکی تنظیم نمی‌کند و هیچ اطلاعات شخصی، حساب کاربری یا محتوای سایت را ارسال نمی‌کند.
- لوگوی تتر چند، عبارت «By Khanesarmaye» و لینک نام دارایی‌ها زیر ویجت‌ها لینک‌های ساده‌اند و هیچ اطلاعاتی ارسال نمی‌کنند. لوگو داخل خود صفحه رسم می‌شود (SVG) و درخواستی به سرور ما نمی‌فرستد.
مدیران سایت‌ها می‌توانند به‌روزرسانی زنده را در تنظیمات افزونه خاموش کنند تا فقط سرور سایت با سرویس ارتباط داشته باشد. اگر صاحب سایتی هستید که از افزونه استفاده می‌کند، این موارد را در سیاست حریم خصوصی سایت خود ذکر کنید.
شرایط استفاده از سرویس قیمت: استفاده از سرویس Market Pulse رایگان است، به این شرط که منبعی که سرویس همراه قیمت‌ها ارسال می‌کند (در حال حاضر لوگوی تتر چند، عبارت «By Khanesarmaye» و لینک نام هر دارایی به صفحه آن در خانه سرمایه) در ویجت‌ها قابل مشاهده بماند و پنهان، حذف یا تغییر داده نشود. خانه سرمایه می‌تواند دسترسی سایت‌هایی را که این شرط را رعایت نمی‌کنند محدود کند.
۳. امنیت اطلاعات
همه ارتباط‌ها از طریق HTTPS و وب‌سوکت امن (WSS) رمزنگاری می‌شوند. با وجود همه اقدامات امنیتی، هیچ روش انتقال اطلاعاتی صددرصد امن نیست.
۴. حقوق شما و حذف حساب
می‌توانید مشخصات پروفایل را در اپلیکیشن ویرایش کنید و هشدارهای قیمت را هر زمان حذف کنید. برای حذف کامل حساب کاربری و دیدگاه‌ها، از راه‌های زیر درخواست دهید؛ درخواست حداکثر ظرف ۳۰ روز انجام می‌شود.
۵. تغییرات این سیاست
اگر این سیاست تغییر کند، نسخه جدید در همین صفحه با تاریخ به‌روزرسانی منتشر می‌شود.

TetherChand Privacy Policy

This policy covers every TetherChand product by Khanesarmaye: the mobile app, the web app (app.khanesarmaye.com) and the TetherChand WordPress plugin. We only collect what we need to provide the service, and we never sell or share your personal data with third parties, advertisers or exchanges.
1. Mobile and web app
- Mobile number for one-time-password (SMS) login, and the profile details you enter.
- Comments and ratings you post about exchanges and coins (shown publicly).
- Technical data (operating system, device model, language, IP address) for diagnostics.
- A push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) to deliver notifications and price alerts.
Price alerts are stored on your device and are not synced to your account. Anonymous usage statistics are collected with Firebase Analytics to fix bugs and improve performance.
2. WordPress plugin
The plugin gets prices from Market Pulse, the market data service of Khanesarmaye (market-pulse.khanes.app):
- The site running the plugin requests prices at most once per cache period (60 seconds by default). The request includes the site address in the standard WordPress User-Agent header.
- When “live updates” is on, visitors’ browsers also request prices directly from the service, so their IP address and standard browser information are visible to it.
- The plugin sets no cookies and sends no personal data, user accounts or site content.
- The Tether Chand logo, the “By Khanesarmaye” line and the asset-name links under widgets are plain links and send no data. The logo is inline SVG and makes no request to our servers.
Site owners can turn live updates off in the plugin settings, and should mention this service in their own privacy policy.
Terms of use of the price service: Market Pulse is free to use on condition that the attribution the service sends with the prices (currently the Tether Chand logo, “By Khanesarmaye” and links from asset names to their pages on khanesarmaye.com) stays visible in the widgets and is not hidden, removed or altered. Khanesarmaye may limit access for sites that do not follow this condition.
3. Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS and secure WebSockets (WSS). No transmission method is 100% secure.
4. Your rights and account deletion
You can edit your profile in the app and delete price alerts at any time. To delete your account and comments, contact us below; requests are completed within 30 days.

Updates to this policy are published on this page with a new date.
